We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our Nursing Services team at Redeemer Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including performing assigned tasks and duties.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Act as a patient advocate, providing emotional support and addressing patient concerns in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Previous clinical healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to work alternating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Meets performance standards within introductory period.
