We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for supply chain management.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Management Lead will be responsible for managing our commercial serviceable assets (CSA) warehouse locations on the DFW Airport property. This includes developing, implementing, and improving standard work for CSA operations by establishing and driving key process indicators (KPIs) for the 3PL.

You will also lead and mentor teams, influence and present to all levels of management, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage communications between internal and external stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and improve standard work for CSA operations.

  • Lead and mentor teams while influencing and presenting to all levels of management.

  • Manage the 3PL provider operating the warehouse on CSA's behalf.

  • Coordinate and manage communications between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business related field or technical field.

  • Knowledge of SAP, engine parts, and supervisory experience.
