  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Assist in daily and weekly clean up, and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with coworkers and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with Northern Light Health's quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Basic skills for baking and cooking, knowledge of all standard diets, and ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
  • Work Environment: Potential exposure to abusive and/or aggressive people, diseases or infections, hazardous materials, noise levels, noxious odors, and very hot or cold temperatures.
