Clinical Pharmacist - Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, including clinical services, medication management, and patient education.

• Provide pharmaceutical care, including clinical services for patients.
• Manage medication orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel.
• Participate in formulary management and recommend cost-effective medication therapy.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Pharmacist license.
• Familiar with current clinical and therapeutic literature.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
