ClubLife Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented ClubLife Concierge to join our team at the University Club of Alabama. As a ClubLife Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for Members and guests.
• Direct Members and guests to their destinations within the Club and provide business and concierge services.
• Inform Members and guests of Club services, features, and upcoming events.
• Assist Members in scheduling appointments and reservations for Club programs and services.
• Maintain the lobby and surrounding areas clean and free of debris.
• Accommodate Member and guest requests for business services, including faxing, copying, and mailing.
• Assist with Member Experience initiatives, such as Club Newsletter and event announcements.

• Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role.
• Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Competent in working with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
