The ideal candidate will have experience teaching first-year composition courses and the ability to teach other departmental/divisional offerings such as technical writing, developmental writing, or literature courses based on programmatic needs. Experience with instructional technology, including eLearning methodologies, is highly desirable.

This position reports to the Dean for Arts, Humanities, & Communication and offers a salary range of $77,693-$81,624 for a 176-day contract over the Instructional Year (Fall/Winter/Spring Quarters). Additional compensation may be available for assignment of summer quarter courses or courses taught outside of the full-time position during fall, winter and spring quarters.
