Job Overview

The Oxford Center seeks a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Brighton. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Create simulated conditions to observe client behavior and develop tailored interventions.
  • Formulate effective treatment plans that address cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Administer treatment and adapt interventions as necessary.
  • Suggest additional support from other professionals when required.
  • Operate within time, financial, and resource constraints while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research on evidence-based practices.
  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of individuals with disabilities within society.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to act decisively and maintain client dignity.
  • Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills.
  • Adherence to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCBA code of ethics.
