Beverage Specialist Job Overview

Nascentia Hospitality at the Beeches is currently recruiting a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve drinks and beverages to customers, adhering to quality and presentation standards.
  2. Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimal errors.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and preparation methods, staying up-to-date with trends and innovations.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers, responding to feedback, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 21 years old, with a valid ID.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent, with basic computer skills.
  3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: $14.80 - $16.20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Physical Requirements:

  1. Able to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks.

  3. No significant exposure to bloodborne pathogens, as this role does not involve direct patient care.
