Senior Scheduler

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to oversee planning and scheduling activities in a dynamic data center environment.

• Provide strategic oversight of planning and scheduling activities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a team of scheduling professionals to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential scheduling risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.

• Minimum 6 years of construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, and practices, as well as company software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to exercise creativity and mature judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
