Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospects following initial meetings through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and nurture qualified leads.
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases for homebuyers to ensure a smooth transaction and a positive sales experience.
- Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful closings.
- Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with information on properties that align with their needs and financial capabilities.
- Host open houses to cultivate relationships with prospective buyers and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.
