Job Title: Photographer

Job Summary: Lakanto is seeking an experienced Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our products and food items. You will work closely with our Creative team to create visually appealing content that showcases our brand's identity.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product
• Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
• Shoot product in the food industry
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications
• Direct/collaborate with Creative team members
• Archive photographic images and maintain database
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
• Help with Video shoots where needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven professional shooting experience
• Eye-catching portfolio
• Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photography-specific software
• Shooting, lighting, and printing skills
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to learn new skills - 3D imaging will be a growing part of this position moving forward

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in photography or equivalent experience
• Experience shooting

Compensation:

• $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
