Job Summary:

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist patients with virtual medicine provider services, including preparing patient charts and communicating with patients via phone or video conferencing.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as checking in patients, obtaining and recording demographic, insurance, and financial information, and verifying insurance eligibility.
  • Assist with clerical work, including answering telephone calls, taking messages, and returning voicemails in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Participate in community events and outreach programs, promoting the company's mission and values.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred.
  • Active, in good standing, and verifiable license with the proper regulatory agency.
