At Morgan Properties, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional service to our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with residents and office staff to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
  • Work in an on-call rotation, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Personal vehicle and auto insurance.
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills.
  • One or more years of experience in apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification and/or boiler's license a plus.

Your overall compensation package will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
