  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Engage customers and assist with our Unlimited Wash Club
  • Safely and efficiently guide vehicles using clear hand signals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
  • Implement daily preventative maintenance as per schedule
  • Proactively conduct equipment repairs and troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Perform daily cleaning of the wash tunnel and equipment
  • Maintain the appearance of the exterior landscaping and ensure all vacuums are operational
  • Manage site opening and closing procedures
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to meet sales goals and uphold high standards of customer service
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time during shifts managed
Essential Qualifications
  • 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or a related field
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Preferred: Experience in the car wash industry
