Job Summary

Hawaii Pacific Health is seeking a skilled Telephone Operator to join our Telecommunications department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and facilitating an accurate telephone switchboard service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and services
  • Respond to emergencies following established protocols
  • Provide routine information to callers and direct inquiries to the appropriate areas

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent
  • Six (6) months switchboard and/or multi-line phone system experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
