Athletic Trainer Orthopaedics Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer to join our Orthopaedic Clinic team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a supervising physician and work collaboratively with the clinical care team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient flow in the department and maintain adequate stocking of supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of examination and treatment areas.
- Assist in ordering clinic supplies and reviewing provider schedules to ensure accuracy.
- Perform patient education, conduct brief interviews, and obtain vital signs.
- Prepare patients for procedures and exams, and assist with clinic procedures such as aspirations and injections.
- Perform cast removal, suture/staple removal, and complete assigned inBasket duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training required.
- Current certification through the Board of Certification, Inc. for the Athletic Trainer.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in the State of NH.
- BLS Certified.
