Junior Pastor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as our Youth Pastor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our youth ministry, which includes developing and implementing comprehensive youth programs that foster a genuine desire to be a disciple of Jesus among our young people.

This role requires a strong spiritual leader who can build relationships with our youth, parents, and volunteers. You will be responsible for recruiting, inspiring, and equipping a team of volunteers to teach, guide, and care for our youth. A successful candidate will have experience in planning, coordinating, and leading youth activities, including administrative tasks related to programs/events, meetings, trips, and ministry resources.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the youth ministry, including developing and implementing comprehensive youth programs that align with the church's mission and vision.

* Build relationships with our youth, parents, and volunteers to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our youth to grow in their faith.

* Collaborate with local schools and youth ministry activities outside of the church to jointly accomplish ministry goals.

Requirements

* A bachelor's degree or higher in a ministry relevant field or equivalent years of experience.

* Strong relational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role.
