Position Competencies

Position Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Achieve annual new business fee targets by developing and coordinating a tailored marketing strategy for the assigned market; organize and conduct investment management, estate planning, and trust seminars to identify potential clients.
Design and implement the sales process by aligning specialists with clients; mentor selected specialists throughout the process; and ensure that the sales process remains on track and on schedule.
Attract new clients and retain existing ones by creating marketing materials, presentation plans, and strategies. Follow up on all sales leads and inquiries.
Build a robust network by engaging in community events and organizations to enhance visibility and support business development.
Be recognized as an advisor by serving as a resource speaker for relevant activities.
Client Management
Identify client needs through meetings to review financial backgrounds, family dynamics, investment goals, and financial planning; actively listen, profile, and gather information to evaluate client needs and objectives.
Assess opportunities and propose alternatives and solutions to fulfill client requirements.
Secure client commitment and manage asset collection.
Effectively transition the client relationship to the relationship manager by remaining involved until the relationship is firmly established.
Demonstrate expertise by collaborating with the client's external advisors and setting the groundwork for future sales opportunities.
Account Management
Oversee the preparation of new account documentation by ensuring efficient and thorough documentation processes.
Effectively manage issues by navigating internal challenges to find optimal solutions for clients; coordinate with the appropriate service providers and address service-related concerns as necessary.
Work Hours
8am - 5pm
Work Environment
Category C - Days in the office will vary from 2-5 days per week
