Fabrication and Repair Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication and Repair Craftsman to join our team at Senneca Holdings, located in Woodbury, MN.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

The Fabrication and Repair Craftsman will be responsible for fabricating and repairing door frames with precision and skill. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in interpreting blueprints and applying accurate welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and interpret blueprints or drawings for construction or repair projects.
• Perform basic welding tasks using Mig and Tig techniques.
• Adjust welding equipment to suit different materials.
• Use various tools such as clamps, jigs, flame cutters, plasma cutters, and drills.
• Grind and polish steel to achieve the desired finish.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 months of related experience in welding and fabrication.
• Prior experience with various welding techniques and equipment.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
