Teacher Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher Facilitator to support the PARENT EDUCATION BRIDGE FOR STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FOUNDATION LLC in delivering parent education workshops at assigned school sites.

This is an energetic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of child development principles, classroom management, and educational best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience as a substitute teacher and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Present engaging and informative workshops for parents and families on various topics related to child development and education.
• Assign homework and track students' progress to ensure they are meeting their academic goals.
• Take attendance and maintain accurate records of student participation and progress.
• Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Collaborate with regular classroom teachers to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience as a substitute teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
