Northeast Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Northeast Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing regional accounts, developing and implementing sales programs, and coordinating with industry broker networks. Your primary focus will be on increasing sales and building strong relationships with key regional accounts, grocery deli departments, and specialty cheese retailers.

With regional sales offices in multiple locations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage regional accounts to increase sales and build strong relationships.
* Develop and implement sales programs to achieve business objectives.
* Coordinate with industry broker networks to identify new sales opportunities.
* Present and create sales presentations for sales calls to clients and prospects.
* Manage marketing-trade administration functions to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.
* Develop promotional sales objectives in line with company budgets and KPI objectives.
* Basic understanding of trade marketing funds management to meet volume and profit objectives is necessary.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in retail grocery sales is essential for this position.
* 2-4 years of selling experience in a regional sales role is required.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts across a wide range of product lines is necessary.
* Proficiency in presenting and creating sales presentations for sales calls is required.
* Strong understanding of key metrics (AC Nielsen - IRI) data to support sales and marketing applications is essential.
* Education: 4-year undergraduate degree is required.
