**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at Aramark. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the bar area, including inventory, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Assist in the training and development of new bartenders, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
- Work closely with the bar manager to ensure that all aspects of the bar operation are running smoothly.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including drinks, food, and specials.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all cash handling and inventory procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the maintenance of the bar area, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the bar manager or other management staff.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of full-service bartending experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of sophisticated mixed drink recipes and restaurant point-of-sale computer systems.
- TIPS certification required.
- Good communication and social skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pour mixed drinks and draft beer.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to ring alcoholic sales on a register.
**Working Conditions:**
This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
