Job Details
This travel nursing job is a great opportunity for experienced nurses to expand their skill set and make a difference in the lives of patients and families. As a Labor and Delivery travel nurse, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a diverse team, and develop your clinical expertise.

About the Role
- 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek
- 12-hour night shifts
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the United States
- BSN degree or higher
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support certification
