Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior restaurant, banquet, and/or food service experience is required.
  • Time Management: Possess excellent time management, organizational, and self-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure during high volume times to achieve Service and F&B sales budgets/targets.
  • Personality: Confident, self-driven, dynamic, and loves to learn, with a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others.
  • Public Interaction: Loves the interaction with the public, possessing an extroverted personality and genuine care for others, demonstrated by daily interactions.
  • Certification: Excellent knowledge of restaurant/banquet set-ups, with a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others, and a valid ServSafe certification.
