• Observe and learn from experienced teachers and school leaders
• Co-teach with teacher-leaders and provide in-house substitute teaching coverage
• Support teachers with tutoring, grading, and individual or small group student instruction
• Assist with various tasks inside and outside the classroom, including teaching Enrichment classes and organizing student events

• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion for working with K-12 students
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
