Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor Home Health team at AccentCare, Inc. As a RN Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure that patients' needs are met and that they are informed and engaged in their care.
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
  • One (1) year experience as a RN.
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
