Position Overview:

The Guest Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in hotel front office operations, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
