Job Title: Clinical Therapist

Job Summary:

The Human Institute is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients' mental health conditions through a comprehensive review of patient information, interviews, observations, and tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other staff members.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members and maintain confidentiality of patient treatment and records.
  • Document all encounters according to state and federal guidelines and coding standards.
  • Attend company meetings and participate in ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work with a provisional license in good standing.
  • Bilingual in English and at least one other language (Turkish, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.).
