Main Responsibilities:

  • Enter and confirm all customer orders for assigned customer portfolio into appropriate systems.
  • Act as single point of contact for assigned customer portfolio.
  • Ensure all day-to-day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards.
  • Manage and oversee all order processes providing timely and accurate information to internal and external customers.
  • Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional departments and customers to improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain and increase customer loyalty by building relationships.
  • Accountable for driving operational excellence and improving customer-centric partnerships through the execution of world-class service delivery.
  • Use judgment and knowledge of strategic plans for each customer to respond to requests for orders, technical support, and other services.
  • Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional relevant information.
  • Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating our commitments to the customer and promptly updating them with changes in status.
  • Recommend process changes to increase efficiency of operations and service to customers.
  • Comprehend and follow well-defined and documented systems, related instructions, and operational procedures.
  • Manage order quantities and accounting for current stock levels.
  • Independently and effectively prioritize daily tasks and follow up on all issue resolutions to exceed internal/external customer expectations.
  • Investigate and resolve routine requests and customer complaints.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with limited supervision and exercise discretion and independent judgment involving comparing and evaluating possible courses of action.
  • Interact with internal and external areas to resolve issues accordingly and respond to requests in a clear and concise manner in an appropriate time frame.
  • Participate on project teams when required. Develop, communicate, and implement plans to successfully achieve project deliverables.
  • Maintain 100% of standards, metrics, and performance measurements while delivering world-class customer service.
