Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

At Anza Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and supervise the work of housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating and scheduling housekeeping tasks and assignments.
  • Oversee the maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies, and ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, including guest satisfaction and room cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • At least two to three years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff at all levels.

Salary: $21.00/hour
