Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient repair, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment associated with plant processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain boiler and cooling tower systems, including water testing and adjusting.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on all plant equipment, including centrifuges, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) functions.
• Operate, maintain, and clean water filtration equipment.
• Use Maximo to coordinate and order materials for projects and document all maintenance tasks and spare part inventory.
• Train new team members in the Maintenance Department.

Requirements:

• Documented successful performance as a Maintenance Technician I or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, cutting, and repair of equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, airlocks, fans/blowers, agitator assemblies, and valves.
• Knowledge of boiler operations and water chemistry, material handling systems, and preventative maintenance practices.
