Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Scale Operator to join our team at V R Della Infotech Inc. As a Scale Operator, you will be responsible for operating the scale in an accurate and efficient manner, providing superior customer service, and maintaining the general appearance of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain
- Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interaction and behaviors
- Be an involved and engaged member of a team
- Maintain the general appearance of the facility, including the scale room, office building, and breakroom
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment
- Comfortable working with heights up to 30 feet
- Work in all weather conditions
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Must complete background check and drug test
