Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab to join our team in New York, New York.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, incorporating the principles of Relationship Centered Care and the nursing process.
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, applying critical thinking skills to patient care management.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
- Prioritize patient care, including teaching, rounding, coaching, and planning for after-hospital care, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Manage assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing, demonstrating effective allocation of resources.
- NYS RN License
- BLS
- 2 years of ambulatory procedural experience
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- 1 year travel experience for Travel positions, not required for Per Diem positions
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Schedule 3x12
- Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred. Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program
