The role of Senior Sales Manager Designate is an exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion for our snack business.

Job Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager Designate will be responsible for leading the account management responsibilities for our Frito Lay national customer Kroger. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, improving profitability, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
* Achieving retail sales revenue and profitability goals
* Developing winning partnerships with Kroger and internal PepsiCo stakeholders
* Influencing cross-functionally with Growth Office, Category Management, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 8-10 years of customer selling experience in CPG
* Strong negotiation, analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills
* Ability to process and use insights to craft powerful and persuasive messages
* Dedication and ability to succeed within a dynamic organization
* Business & financial acumen
* Expertise with expense management and/or managing a P&L

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100, depending on location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 20% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
