The YMCA of Superior CA is a leading organization dedicated to serving our community through various programs and services. We are seeking a lifeguard to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Description:

As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and well-being of our members by actively monitoring the pool area, responding to emergencies, and engaging with members. You will also perform equipment checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure the pool meets the highest standards of water quality.

Key Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Basic First Aid certifications.
• Current YMCA lifeguarding or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
• Oxygen Administration certification (within 30 days).
• Able to meet physical demands of the job, including passing the lifeguard water test.

Compensation Package:

• Estimated salary range: $16.00 - $22.34 per hour.
