We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join our team at United Software Group.

About the Role

  • This full-time position will involve providing level 2/3 support for xStore, xCenter, and integrations within the xStore ecosystem.
  • You will work closely with customer IT teams to resolve POS and reported issues.
  • Your responsibilities will include documenting issues and solutions, analyzing problems to determine root causes, and developing approved solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for testing solutions and performing regression testing on the application.
  • Additionally, you will need to provide solutions in hot fixes or patches and consolidate patches into releases.
  • We are seeking a flexible individual who can work during non-office hours as needed.
  • Good communication and customer management skills are essential for this role.

Key Requirements

  • Level 2/3 support experience for xStore, xCenter, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze issues, determine root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Strong communication and customer management skills.

About the Salary

  • The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
