Personal Banking Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our State College Branch team. As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and transaction processing.
  • Work collaboratively with other branch team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and connecting them with relevant products and services.
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, including cash handling, transaction processing, and customer service.
  • Leverage your skills and expertise to contribute to bank-wide goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of strong customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Passion for problem-solving and working with people.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
