Overview
As a leading Construction Management firm recognized nationally, The LiRo Group delivers comprehensive construction, design, and technological solutions for a diverse array of public and private sector clients.
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are in search of Field Project Engineers to oversee significant public agency initiatives across the Metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate extensive projects related to the construction, modification, or maintenance of infrastructure, including roads, bridges, utilities, and buildings.
- Plan and synchronize all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards through diligent inspection and oversight of ongoing work.
- Formulate and execute Construction Management Plans, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and upholding quality and safety standards.
- Create and manage a detailed schedule of values for payments, change order management, and evaluation processes.
- Conduct regular assessments of project timelines and completion status.
- Utilize electronic project control and scheduling systems to track project advancements.
- Design and implement processes that effectively support program objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and client representatives.
- Assist the Program Manager/Executive in all project-related activities.
- Provide comprehensive management reports to highlight trends and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience with public agencies is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction sector as a Resident or Assistant Resident Engineer.
- Proficient in utilizing computers and the latest office productivity and project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a positive work environment.
Compensation: Min: $166,000; Max: $220,000
