Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the operation of treatment equipment, machines, and processes to meet production and sanitation requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with plant management to report any issues during production or equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain and repair equipment and sampling devices to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Perform detailed monitoring of equipment displays to ensure proper operation and process water quality.
  • Regulate the flow of raw water into the treatment plant and adjust chemical dosing as needed.
  • Test water samples to determine acidity, color, and impurities, and record data for quality control purposes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of plant production experience or equivalent.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and good observation skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with regular and punctual attendance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60lbs.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
