Counselor in Residence

We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our summer camp team as Unit Leaders, Counselors, or Program Coordinators. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of girls and contribute to their personal growth and development.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities that promote self-confidence, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. You'll also work closely with other team members to create a positive and supportive environment for girls to learn and thrive.

• Lead a group of girls as a Unit Leader.
• Supervise campers and lead activities as a Counselor.
• Provide leadership and supervision as a Program Coordinator.

• Room, board, and laundry facilities provided.
• Paid pre-camp training and professional development.
• Free certification in CPR/First Aid and other activities dependent on position.

Estimated Salary: $28 per hour based on experience and position.
