- Educate patients and family members on their care plan to promote transparency and understanding.
- Utilize computer-based applications, email, and standard software such as Microsoft Office to support clinical documentation and patient care.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Recent clinical experience is desired.
- Current CPR certification.
