We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi USA in Ft. Lee. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning high-quality fish for our revolving sushi concept.

• Accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish for our sushi menu
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
