About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Banker. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing account transactions, and assisting with sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Assist clients with new product and service introductions, digital solutions, and other banking needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of fairness, simplicity, and community involvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience preferred.
  • 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to complete work accurately, and think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
