Physical Therapy Professional

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Expert to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing patients to identify physical limitations and develop effective treatment plans.
**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care. You will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal patient outcomes and help patients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Evaluate and assess patients to identify physical limitations and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on self-care and management strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a PT in the state of Maine
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
