Car Wash Crew Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Car Wash Crew team at Sam's Xpress Car Wash. As a Car Wash Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Direct guests to the entrance of the wash station and guide automobiles onto the conveyor of the automatic mechanism
* Clean the front and rear of vehicles using a brush and detergent
* Activate the wash mechanism and observe its operation to detect any issues, prioritizing safety and service
* Assist guests with the pay station and product/services
* Greet and interact with guests after their wash is complete
* Ensure the quality of the car wash
* Assist with opening and closing operations, including cleaning
* Perform other duties as assigned by the location management team

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

**Requirements:**

* Willingness to submit to and pass all pre-employment testing

**Physical Requirements:**

* Regularly required to stand for long periods in various weather conditions
* Frequently required to use hands to finger motions and reach with arms and hands
* Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds without assistance, occasionally requiring assistance for heavier items

**Work Environment:**

This position will work at a job site location and be exposed to weather elements at all times. Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation, which are 7 days a week, 7:30AM-9:00PM, closing only on Christmas. Additional hours prior to opening/closing may be required to ensure duties are met.
