Job Summary

This role focuses on supporting sales activities, customer relations, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales, customer relationship building, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quote requests from customers and create files and build quote information in SharePoint.
  • Track and follow up on open quotes, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Field calls from outside sales teams and provide support with sales-related tasks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to outside sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales analysis models using HubSpot and SharePoint.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and create eMarketing campaigns using LinkedIn and Constant Contact.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business (Marketing/Sales) or relevant prior experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant sales and customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
