Position Overview:

We are seeking a Personal Care Recruiter to enhance our recruitment team. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director of Personal Care, Branch Director of Personal Care, or Branch Manager of Personal Care, and will be instrumental in managing the complete lifecycle of recruitment and compliance for new hires within our facilities. The ideal candidate will employ strong research and technical skills to build sourcing pipelines and networks.

  • Conducts the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial consultations with clients to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing offers to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Engages in initial discussions with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, recruitment strategies, and interview processes.
  • Innovates and implements creative recruitment strategies, leveraging social media, networking events, and other outreach methods to cultivate a diverse candidate pool.

Compensation: Salary may vary within the range of $68,000 to $70,000 annually, influenced by factors such as location, experience, education, skills, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and rewards package, where base salary is just one component.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, with experience in a metrics-driven recruitment environment.
