The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standards are designed to ensure the reliability and security of the bulk electric system. As a member of the NERC Compliance Group at Public Service Enterprise Group Inc, you will perform governance and oversight of our compliance with the NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards. This role will focus on 693/ NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Meet critical NERC reporting deadlines to ensure our compliance with NERC regulatory requirements. Compile, review, assess, and maintain NERC compliance documents. Develop and execute project schedules for NERC-related activities.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Compliance, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience, or 10 years of equivalent experience in a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, and able to work concurrently with multiple deadlines and deliverables. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
