Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients in a behavioral health setting. As a Seasonal RN Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
Requirements:
- Current Florida RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
