Job Summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Morada Cedar Hill. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, including cleaning and organizing their living spaces.
  • Engage residents in life-enriching activities and promote their independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and colleagues.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
